It’s not about how many chilies or how finely they’re chopped — the key is choosing milder ones for better flavor.

Also, it was greasy.

I think “sweet and savory” would be choice of description rather than “sweet and sour.”
I wonder how much less oil I can use and still have it be this delicious.
