This turned out great. Had 2 large chicken breasts so I double the marinade and tripled the sauce because I also had a greater amount of Bok choy.
I use a gluten free soy sauce or tamari which is usually gluten free and they taste just like soy sauce.

I’ve heard there are gluten-free soy sauces; you could try them, but I don’t know if the taste will be different. However, your method is also very good.

I used “aminos” sauce instead of soy sauce because I’m gluten free. I also used toasted sesame oil because that’s what I had on hand. I added red and yellow mini peppers and this meal was perfect! Excellent instructions and the method was easy. Thank you, Elaine.
