A bit confusing, as the instructions mention ginger, but the ingredient list does not have any ginger on it.

Hi , love this recipe. Taste delicious. 2nd try , I pour the oil too quickly to the plastic sieve after cooking. The sieve melted and have wasted all the oil. Will have to be careful with hot oil.

SO good! Will definitely be making this again! We didn’t get the onions as brown but the dish was delicious. I told my husband we should just make that oil again and use it in other dishes.
