You could try swapping the soy sauce for a low-salt light soy sauce and see how that works.

It was so bad I thought it must have been me getting the measures wrong so I made it again being super carefull with my measures and this time leaving out the additional salt. For the best taste, I don’t suggest store it too long in fridge. But there is a way. You can keep them in small air-tighter containers and freeze for longer time.

Question…Black pepper sauce. I see that you can refrigerate for a week. If you made an extra large batch, and if you seal if in canning jars how long would the shelf life be? Thanks

Haha, that happens for me too if I don’t use measurement cups. Adjust the amount next time and you will get prefect black pepper sauce.
